I think this qualifies as invasion of privacy or it's border-line at the very least. Pop Sugar got their hands on a video of Robert Pattinson on his balcony in Los Angeles, reportedly taking breaks between his busy schedule of "Twilight: New Moon" appearances. Whoever filmed the footage was obviously very careful not to be seen as Pattinson doesn't seem to notice his being caught on tape smoking a cigarette with a female friend....which isn't Kristen Stewart. You can check out the video inside. "Twilight: New Moon" arrives in theaters November 20 from Summit Entertainment.
